New clauses to include: (1) every payment is a gift of service credit to the verified inmate — payers control payments only, feature usage (including photo orders) is controlled by the inmate from inside; (2) inbound message delivery: texts to the inmate arrive in seconds, replies from the facility are batched and typically arrive within ~10 minutes; (3) SMS program terms (START/HELP/STOP to (201) 588-1328, message & data rates may apply).
